About Lena Park Fab Lab

Lena Park Fab Lab in Boston, MA, United States is more than a workspace — it is a launchpad for innovation in United States. the lab offers state-of-the-art equipment, including 3D printers, laser engravers, electronics benches, and CAD workstations, within a collaborative, community-driven environment. Startups use the space to build early-stage hardware prototypes; educators run practical STEM sessions for school groups; and independent makers pursue personal projects with expert support on hand. Regular themed hackathons and innovation challenges help participants push boundaries and connect with like-minded creators across MA. With a strong focus on learning by doing, Lena Park Fab Lab embodies the global maker movement's ethos of open, collaborative, hands-on creativity.

Description

We are a 770 square foot (71 square meter) Fab Lab focused on technology education and workforce development in the Dorchester, Mattapan, and Roxbury neighborhoods of Boston, MA, USA. We are an extension of Lena Park's Technology Programs, Music & Art programs, chess program, etc. as well as a resource for residents of our community and the greater Dorchester area. We are actively looking for volunteers and collaborators, so please reach out!
