Makehaven is a community Makerspace in New Haven, CT, United States, United States. it provides open access to digital fabrication tools, electronics labs, and collaborative workspaces for students, educators, entrepreneurs, and independent makers. Members can work with 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC routers, and electronics prototyping equipment to turn ideas into functional prototypes. The space hosts regular STEM workshops, coding sprints, and design thinking sessions that attract talent from across CT. Description

MakeHaven, Inc. is a not-for-profit, membership-driven organization, gathering place and workshop for makers, creators, tinkerers and dreamers. The environment supports the development of and collaboration on a wide variety of projects, including: mechanics, electronics, crafts, digital art, biology and woodworking. Through cooperative projects led by MakeHaven members the project and program participants gain a greater understanding of how to create, repair and reuse items. In addition to project-oriented activities the general public benefits from skill building workshops hosted in the space
