About Fab Lab Facens

Fab Lab Facens is a community Makerspace in Sorocaba, SP, Brazil, Brazil. it provides open access to digital fabrication tools, electronics labs, and collaborative workspaces for students, educators, entrepreneurs, and independent makers. Members can work with 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC routers, and electronics prototyping equipment to turn ideas into functional prototypes. The space hosts regular STEM workshops, coding sprints, and design thinking sessions that attract talent from across SP. Whether you are a first-time maker or a seasoned hardware engineer, Fab Lab Facens offers the tools, community, and mentorship needed to build, iterate, and innovate — making it one of the most valuable innovation resources in Brazil.

We are constantly learning, but individual skills of each person of the team meet the different demands, contributing to the growth and development of projects. Our skills and resources are related to:

We constantly offer workshops related to digital fabrication for FACENS students and the community.
Our open day take place every Friday from 13pm to 19pm.
