Located in Rome, Lazio, Italy, Fabfactory is a vibrant hub for hands-on innovation in Italy. the space brings together makers, students, and technology enthusiasts in a fully equipped fabrication and prototyping environment. From 3D printing and electronics to robotics and software development, the lab supports projects at every stage — from initial concept to working prototype. Weekly open maker nights, technical workshops, and collaborative sprints make it easy for anyone in Lazio to get started, regardless of background or experience level. Fabfactory is committed to growing the region's STEM ecosystem by connecting creative individuals with the resources and community they need to bring bold ideas to life.

Description

The Lab started in 2014 by a large group of founders. Fabfactory represents their legacy with more experience and skills. Open 6 days in a week, in the Lab we have high quality machines that go from large format 3D printer, FDM and SLA/DLP, a cnc milling machine, a plotter, a medium laser cutter, a well equipped bench for electronic design and a wide bench for mechanical operations.
We host different groups of hobbyists makers and professionals and we organize classes in various disciplines among Digital Fabrication.
The Lab is open to students as to professionals and companies. The staff is long time experienced and trained in the Fab Academy.
