Description

The FabLab at Yachay Tech University, located in Urcuquí - Imbabura, is a space dedicated to digital fabrication and technological innovation. Equipped with advanced technologies such as 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC milling machines, and vinyl cutters, the lab offers vast opportunities for the development of interdisciplinary projects, aligning with the university’s diverse STEAM-focused academic programs, which include Biology, Biomedicine, Physics, Nanotechnology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, and Geology. This variety of disciplines allows students and professionals from different fields to collaborate on consolidated projects.
