FabLab Ilocos Region is a Shared Service Facility (SSF) of Department of Trade and Industry and Philippine Science High School - Ilocos Region Campus. It is housed at the Philippine Science High School - Ilocos Region Campus, San Ildefonso, Ilocos Sur.

The FabLab aims to help Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (MSMEs), students, teachers and individuals in prototyping their designs and inventions.

The FabLab is currently in operation.
