About Qassim Fablab

Qassim Fablab in Buraydah, Qassim, Saudi Arabia is more than a workspace — it is a launchpad for innovation in Saudi Arabia. the lab offers state-of-the-art equipment, including 3D printers, laser engravers, electronics benches, and CAD workstations, within a collaborative, community-driven environment. Startups use the space to build early-stage hardware prototypes; educators run practical STEM sessions for school groups; and independent makers pursue personal projects with expert support on hand. Regular themed hackathons and innovation challenges help participants push boundaries and connect with like-minded creators across Qassim. With a strong focus on learning by doing, Qassim Fablab embodies the global maker movement's ethos of open, collaborative, hands-on creativity.

Description

a fab lab located in Technical college in Saudi Arabia, Qassim Region, Buraydah city. Mostly used to help students fabricate their innovative projects. Our student specialize in programming and technical support major. We encourage all the students in the college to think creatively. For our student they have to presents "graduation project" in order to get their degree. Each semester we help fabricating their projects that, and encourage them to com up with innovative idea. Our students participate in different Competitions. Last year, our students Danah Mohammed ibrahim, Jomanh Mohammad Almahmood, Nouf Mohammed Alfayez, Rasil Saleh Alseuay got golden medal in world invent singapore 22+23 in their project "Magic Move"
