Located in Niksic, Montenegro, Fablab Tehnopolis is a vibrant hub for hands-on innovation in Montenegro. the space brings together makers, students, and technology enthusiasts in a fully equipped fabrication and prototyping environment. From 3D printing and electronics to robotics and software development, the lab supports projects at every stage — from initial concept to working prototype. Weekly open maker nights, technical workshops, and collaborative sprints make it easy for anyone in Montenegro to get started, regardless of background or experience level. Fablab Tehnopolis is committed to growing the region's STEM ecosystem by connecting creative individuals with the resources and community they need to bring bold ideas to life.

Description

FabLab Tehnopolis is one of the structural units of Innovative entrepreneurship centre Tehnopolis, whose main objective is to be centre for creation and developing new products by implementing additive and subtractive technologies. The idea for FabLab foundation first appeared in 2020 and equipment was purchased and installed at our facilities in August of 2021.
Our FabLab is equipped with FDM 3D printers, CNC mill, 2400x1300 mm CNC router and other necessary tools suitable for cutting and drilling metal and wood materials as well as polishing and sanding final products. Innovators, students and start-up teams can use our machinery portfolio and expertise of our employees as the first step for production of their prototypes or final products. Additionally, our role is to make workshops throughout which members of educational system, small and micro companies will become more familiar with 3D printing technology and CNC machining process.
