Description

The mission of CATIMFabLab is to assist companies, primarily Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), in the metalworking industry. It is intended to assist them in navigating and overcoming the challenges that arise from the most recent technological advancements and innovations in a variety of fields, including computing, sensing, digitalization, and beyond.
CATIMFabLab encourages the development of initiatives that foster interaction, synergy, cooperation, and collaboration among enterprises, universities, and research and technology organizations (RTOs). It involves the provision of a laboratory that serves as a hub for technological knowledge. CATIMFabLab facilitates access to knowledge and technologies, enabling users to demonstrate and test new materials, products, and emerging technologies, as well as enhancing the results of R&D projects. Additionally, there are human resources available to assist companies in shaping and realizing their ideas, identifying solutions to market challenges, and investing in innovative industrial processes, products, and services.
